Course Description:
Craft Farms is a 36-hole facility located in Gulf Shores. As Alabama’s only Arnold Palmer Signature Design Courses, the two-course golf resort has helped put Gulf Shores on the map as a premier golf destination. The facility’s courses – Cotton Creek and Cypress Bend – were originally built by the Craft family of Gulf Shores and were situated on part of the family’s sod farm.
Cotton Creek Golf Course, the first Palmer designed course, features a traditional
18-hole layout with tree-lined rolling fairways, large undulating greens, and well-positioned bunkers. There are numerous risk/reward opportunities throughout Cotton Creek, and it can be very challenging with more than 7,000 yards of play from the tips. Cotton Creek has been host to numerous tournaments, including Alabama’s State Amateur.
Cypress Bend Golf Course, the newer of the two Palmer courses, features a forgiving resort-style layout with wide fairways, vast landing areas, large undulating greens and a unique system of lakes that comes into play on every hole.
